Privacy Policy

When you join the waitlist, we collect your full name and email address. You may also choose to provide a phone or WhatsApp number, preferred games, gaming devices, custom game or device details, and a requested GameLoke username.

We also record an internal registration ID, registration date and time, the page URL and referral reference used to reach the waitlist, your consent time, and the version of this policy you accepted.

Our website uses Google Analytics, which may collect device, browser, approximate location, interaction, and similar technical information through cookies or related technologies.

• To register and manage your place on the GameLoke waitlist.
• To reserve a requested username where available.
• To send waitlist confirmations, launch news, early-access invitations, and important product updates.
• To understand gaming preferences and improve the product we are building.
• To measure referrals, website performance, prevent abuse, and maintain security.

We process waitlist details with your consent. Only your name and email are required; all other form fields are optional. You may withdraw consent or ask us to stop sending updates at any time by emailing hello@gameloke.in. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Waitlist information is stored in our application database and in a restricted Google Sheet used to administer registrations. We may use trusted providers for hosting, databases, email delivery, analytics, and security. These providers may process information only to provide services to us and under their applicable contractual and security obligations.

Some providers may process information outside India. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect users or GameLoke, or as part of a business reorganisation subject to appropriate safeguards.

We retain waitlist information while the waitlist is active and for up to 12 months after launch or our final waitlist communication, unless you request deletion earlier or a longer period is required for legal, fraud-prevention, or security reasons.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to limit access and protect information. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may ask whether we hold your personal information and request access, correction, completion, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or grievance handling. Send requests from the email address used to join the waitlist to hello@gameloke.in. We may verify your identity before completing a request.

The waitlist is intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect waitlist information from children. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
